- Always buckle up – it’s a cinch.
- Avoid pain. Protect your back. Wear your back support belt properly.
- Stay alert for vacation travelers & scan the roadway for potential hazards.
- Be aware of your surroundings and the objects around you.
- Be kind to your back. Don’t take unnecessary chances.
- Participate in the “4-Before” stretching exercises – everyday!
- Drive safely in traffic. Stay safe and drive defensively.
- Watch where you step. Don’t slip, trip, or fall.
- Get organized. It’ll make your job safer.
- Getting plenty of rest helps you get through the day – safely.
- Keep your eyes moving and see the big picture.
- Remember that every safety hazard you find is an accident prevented.
- Don’t take unnecessary chances. Lift safely!
- Remember to slow down when driving in severe weather.
- School’s out. Watch for bikes traveling against the traffic.
- Stay alert at all times. Always expect the unexpected.
- Stay focused and use the G.O.A.L. program – Get Out And Look.
- Stretching should be done before lifting occurs.
- Keep your mind alert for safe driving.
- Watch your footing when exiting a vehicle.
- Sudden changes in weather can change driving conditions. Stay alert!
